At JewelSkopje, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the certificate of authenticity
- Not custom-made or personalized items
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@jewelskopje.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Pack the item securely with all original materials
5. Ship the item to our return address with the RAN clearly marked
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
INSPECTION AND PROCESSING
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming the return status
- Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to appear
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
EXCHANGES
- We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by JewelSkopje
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Refunds do not include original customs or duty charges
- Please mark returns as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
