- All jewelry items are subject to availability
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual items may vary slightly
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- You must be 18 years or older to make purchases
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment must be received before order processing
- We accept bank transfers and will soon accept credit cards via Stripe
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is verified
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
6. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
- All jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity
- We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for one year
- Natural gemstone characteristics are not considered defects
- We are not liable for damage due to misuse or normal wear

- You may not use our content without written permission
- Product reviews remain your property but grant us usage rights
