LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Loose stones due to defective settings
- Broken clasps or findings due to defects
- Tarnishing beyond normal wear (silver items)
- Defective chains or links
Coverage Period:
- Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects
- 2 years on rhodium plating
- 1 year on batteries (watches)
- 6 months on leather and fabric components
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Lost stones due to worn prongs
- Scratches and dents from regular use
- Damage from improper cleaning
- Modifications by unauthorized jewelers
- Theft or mysterious disappearance
- Consequential or incidental damages
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To activate your warranty:
1. Register within 30 days of purchase
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Complete online registration form
4. Receive warranty certificate via email
